`eval` messes up parse state during switch #845

The following:

function test(){
 switch ("a"){
  case "a":
   eval(1);
   break;
 }
}

Fails with:

>test()
=undefined
Uncaught SyntaxError: BREAK statement outside of SWITCH, FOR or WHILE loop
 at line 7 col 4
   break;
   ^
>
