Other STM32F1 boards should work pretty easily, but for some reason many of them won't boot and I don't have time to track this down, so I'm leaving them using SysTick for now.

See USE_RTC in jshardware.c

only use RTC on Espruino board for now - fixes HYSTM32. see #152

I think it's safe to say nobody cares about this. nRF5x don't use this method anyway and just use the 32k RTC, which seems fine
