'eval' scope #2164

As mentioned on http://forum.espruino.com/conversations/373559/

var global = "a";
function test(){
     var local = "b";
     eval('print("global", global)');
     eval('print("local", local)');
}
test();

prints:

global a
Uncaught ReferenceError: "local" is not defined

But it should run in the function's scope.
