`NRF.setAdvertising` while BLE connected causes data to be ignored #1659

Connect via BLE
Upload NRF.setAdvertising({ 0x180F : [95] });`
Disconnect via BLE
No advertising

However if NRF.setAdvertising is called when you're not connected via BLE (like in most cases) then it does appear to still work fine.
