LONDON’S ONLY CLOSED-ROAD HILL CLIMB BIKE RACE
The Rollapaluza Urban Hill Climb is an 800m, lung-busting uphill sprint, held on Highgate’s infamous Swains Lane in North London. Returning for its fourth time, the event has proven a hit with a broad range of cyclists as well as local residents and spectators.
The UHC generates a unique Alpine atmosphere in North London, allowing participants and spectators to experience the cheering crowds lining the slopes usually only witnessed in the mountain stages of the Tour de France.
