We have two sessions of laps of Regent’s Park. 07:00 laps are a very fast training session aimed at those who race, and we have a broader mix starting at 08:00 - everything from chat laps to hard training. We meet at the Zoo entrance and groups ride in both directions.

Sunday

Club RunS
USUALLY Depart Highbury Fields 08:30

On any given Sunday, we have a variety of rides and routes available. These are organised by members who volunteer lead rides. Anything goes! We regularly have short cafe runs or repeats of weekday rides, all the way up to epic centuries including runs to Brighton (and back!).

These most commonly begin at Highbury Fields at 08:30. For more information on these rides and what’s coming up, please check the members’ forum.
